Tom Bickett was recommended to me by Tom Duffy's team at KW Realty group. Tom was extremely responsive to my concerns regarding two previous experiences I had with other mortgage companies during a time in which I was on a complicated medical/maternity leave. When I was told I had to wait to go back to work in order to buy a home, my family could not wait due to our circumstances. I first was introduced to Tom about 3 1/2 years ago. It was after my realtor referred me to him as I had a complicated loan. Tom took my calls (1-3 times per week) for about 6 months straight trying to figure out my options and get my family and I into our forever home. I WILL NOT EVER get a mortgage anywhere else because Tom is that good. He actually came to my settlement and walked me through everything I was signing - in detail - and with my other 4 closings (not through Tom) I never had that. In fact, yesterday, Tom and I spoke for about an hour and he answered every question I had, thoroughly and fully. Tom is great and I refer him to anyone I can.
