Every person that I spoke with or emailed was incredibly friendly and pleasant. I had a lot of questions that Tom was able to answer, even to the point of speaking over zoom and explaining in simple terms the various unfamiliar jargon. Email communication with the Sewel Processing Team; Samantha & Rachel were wonderful. They explained exactly what they needed from me and were patient with me when I misunderstood their requests. Zac sent great videos explaining insurance and was able to answer questions as I had them while diligently following up.
The only hiccup that I had was from the Appraisal side of things. The Friday before settlement, I spoke to all necessary parties who made it seem to me that all was well in the world. By the time I received Tom's message 3 hours later as I was boarding a plane to come home, things fell apart for settlement occurring Monday morning. I worked over the weekend to provide the necessary photos, spoke with Tom thru texts and had a hard time understanding why at first it was "insurance" as the reason for the delay and then told it was "the house appraisal". That was the only lack of communication, comments and answers that frustrated me.
Aside from that, the team was wonderful! Thank you!!
